You can watch touchTV via the app, which you first need to download from your store, or via a web browser at live.touchtv.sk
Just choose the device you'd like to use to watch the service, and after entering the PASSWORD (sent to you by SMS after registering for the PROMO version), the service will be available to you.

If you'd like to watch the touchTV internet television on your TV set, you need internet access (from any provider) plus a smart TV that our service supports (see the section – Supported devices and systems). If you own a traditional TV (not a smart TV, or a smart TV we currently don't support), you'll need to connect a touchTV box or an external device to your TV, and then you'll be able to fully use the service. If you don't have such a device at home, we offer the option to purchase (from as little as 64 €), or rent (from as little as 2.50 €/month).

You can watch the touchTV internet television on 4 devices at the same time, and you can swap or combine the registered devices at any time.

If you'd like to remove registered devices (e.g. to replace registered devices), you can do this at any time HERE or via the Customer Zone

Your Customer Zone account was automatically activated when you registered for the PROMO version. Using the "Forgot your password?" button on the Customer Zone login screen and entering the email used at registration, you can set your own login credentials.

You can subscribe to touchTV internet television at any time and for any period (min. 1 month/max. 11 months) via the Customer Zone or bank transfer. We offer even better conditions with a 12/24-month commitment. You can purchase or rent the touchTV box device at a special price (for more details about current promotions or payment options, see the – Pricing section).

Treat yourself to the best of the movie world with the HBOMAX add-on package, bringing you the premium channels HBO, HBO2, HBO3, CINEMAX and CINEMAX2. You can easily order this add-on package alongside your KLASIK or KOMFORT package, either via the Customer Zone or by bank transfer, or with a 24-month commitment at a special rate (for more details about current promotions or payment options, see the – Pricing section).

The Max streaming service is available around the clock over the internet – on your smart TV, connected box, computer, tablet or mobile. It offers unlimited access not only to movies and series known from the HBO and CINEMAX channels, but also sports and documentary content known from Eurosport or Discovery channels. The HBOMAX add-on package currently includes Max in the Standard tier, which allows streaming on 2 devices at once in Full HD quality, with the option to download up to 30 titles for offline viewing.

The Max streaming service is included free of charge with the HBOMAX add-on package when ordered under a 24-month commitment. (The Max service is not included with the HBOMAX add-on package ordered via the Customer Zone or bank transfer, and cannot be ordered separately.)

If, on your recommendation, a new customer signs a contract with us for any touchTV programming plan with a 24-month commitment, you automatically get your subscribed services (with the exception of devices)
free for 2 months as a reward.

(A new customer is defined as someone who has not had a valid contract for electronic communication services with SATRO s.r.o. during the last 12 months. When signing the contract, the new customer must provide the loyal customer's contract number. The loyal customer can claim the reward for bringing in a new customer within 6 months of the date the new customer's contract was signed.)
